On May, 26, an award ceremony was held in Moscow after the All-Russian Corporate Museum Competition. The Museum of Shaturskaya GRES History became one of the best in the Museum for All category and was honoured with a class III diploma.

“The forum of the All-Russian Corporate Museum Competition is the only place that unites representatives of corporate museums from across Russia, where they have an opportunity to exchange best practices with workmates from different industries. It is very pleasing that the Museum of Shaturskaya GRES History won a deserved recognition,” said Evgenia Metyolkina, Head of the Press Centre of Unipro’s Shaturskaya GRES.

It was the 4th edition of the All-Russian Corporate Museum Competition. Its primary objective is to spur and promote public interest in the nation’s industrial, scientific and educational potential. In total, 126 projects from 62 plants across Russia were submitted to the competition. Public presentations of 58 shortlisted projects in 13 categories were held in Moscow. It should be noted that the Berezovskaya GRES History Museum was among awardees in the Museum for All category as well. Workmates were honoured with a class III diploma and a special prize in the Best Corporate Museum category.
