1 => "The content and key topics of the Annual Report were determined by the Company based on a list of 15 material aspects being relevant to the activities of Unipro PJSC in accordance with corporate and industry specifics, as well as topics being important for the global agenda and meeting current trends in public reporting (including the experience of a key shareholder – Uniper). Topics that are disclosed in the Annual Report, regardless of the results of the materiality determination, were deliberately excluded from the list, since their disclosure is determined by the requirements of applicable standards and other regulations in accordance with which the report is prepared (for example, presence markets, strategy, investment activities, risk management, etc.)."

The survey was attended by 20 external stakeholders of the Company, as well as 12 representatives of Unipro top management.
