OGK-4 power plants increased electricity production by 5.3% in January-May 2008

According to current data, OGK-4 power plants produced 23,141.3 mln kWh of electricity in January-May 2008, a 5.3% increase over the same period of 2007. Berezovskaya power plant increased electricity production by 37.2% up to 4,740.7 mln kWh, Yaivinskaya power plant by 4.2% up to 1,914 mln kWh, Shaturskaya power plant by 11% up to 2,016.5 mln kWh, Smolenskaya power plant by 26.1% up to 923.1 mln kWh.

Electricity production by OGK-4 power plants in May of the current year is increased as compared to May 2007 by 13.1% and amounted to 4,565.7 mln kWh.

Net output of heat by OGK-4 power plants for January-May 2008 amounted to 1,265.7 thousand Gcal.

The load factor at OGK-4 power plants reached 73.5% for January-May 2008, in May the load factor amounted to 71.1%.
