E.ON Russia Power GmbH has increased its share in the charter capital of JSC OGK-4 up to 76.09%

E.ON Russia Power GmbH has increased its share in the charter capital of Fourth Generation Company of the Wholesale Electricity Market (Open Joint-Stock Company) (OGK-4) from 75.734058% up to 76.0866%. Accordingly, OGK-4 amended its list of affiliated persons on March 3, 2008.

Previously, on February 19, E.ON Russia Power GmbH has notified OGK-4 on increasing its share in the charter capital from 72.7077% up to 75.734058%. The share increase was a result of purchase of JSC OGK-4 ordinary shares by E.ON Russia Power GmbH under a mandatory offer dated November 15, 2007.
