4.5% Growth in Electricity Generated by OGK-4 Power Plants in January–September 2007

Updated information shows that the OGK-4 power plants generated 38,307.2 million kWhe in January–September 2007, or 4.5% more than in the comparable period of 2006. These figures include 4.5% growth to 24,850.1 million kWhe at Surgutskaya GRES-2 and 17.8% growth to 5,394.3 million kWhe at Berezovskaya GRES over the nine months ended September 30, 2007.

In September 2007, the OGK-4 power plants increased their electricity output by 7.8% compared with the comparable period of 2006 to 4,266.5 million kWh.

Productive heat supply from the OGK-4 power plants reached 1,434.8 thousand Gcal over the nine months ended September 30, 2007.

According to the January–September 2007 results, the OGK-4 load factor is 67.8% overall, including 68.7% in September.
