OGK-4 BOARD OF DIRECTORS EXTENDS ANDREY KITASHEV\\'S term as the company\\'s director general

The Board of Directors of Generation Company Four of the Wholesale Power Market (OGK-4) has made the decision to extend the term of office of the Company's Director General, whose term would otherwise expire on March 3, 2007. Pursuant to the decision of the Board of Directors, Andrey Kitashev's term as the Director General of OGK-4 are extended until March 3, 2011.

Andrey Kitashev has held office of the OGK-4 Director General since the Company's establishment, March 4, 2005. Before the appointment, Mr. Kitashev was the Director General of Permenergo (2001–2005), as well as an executive at Chuvashenergo and RAO UESR's representative office, Volgaenergo.
