SERGEY BAKHMETOV ELECTED TO OGK-4 MANAGEMENT BOARD

According to the decision of the Board of Directors of Generation Company Four of the Wholesale Market of Power and Energy (OGK-4), Sergey Bakhmetov, Deputy Director General of OGK-4 for Production, has been elected as member of the OGK-4 Management Board. At the same time, the power of Vasily Beliy as member of the OGK-4 Management Board has been terminated due to his new appointment. 

Sergey Bakhmetov, who earlier served as Director of Surgutskaya TPP-2 Subsidiary of OGK-4, has been appointed as Deputy Director General of OGK-4 for Production, which office was held by Vasily Beliy prior to his transfer to TGK-2.

The OGK-4 Management Board also includes the following members: 

– Andrey Kitashev, Director General, Chairman of the OGK-4 Management Board;

– Roman Lenkov, Deputy Director General for Finance and Economy and Deputy Chairman of the OGK-4 Management Board;

– Andrey Buzov, Deputy Director General for Personnel Management;

– Sergey Zhizhoma, Deputy Director General for Corporate Policy;

– Andrey Zhukovsky, Deputy Director General for Energy Markets;

– Vladimir Fedotovsky, Deputy Director General for Supply of Resources and General Issues;

– Vladimir Cherevko, Deputy Director General for Investments and Development;

– Pavel Pestryakov, Deputy Director General for Information Technology.
