OGK-4 SHARES INCLUDED IN RTS QUOTATION LIST B

Registered ordinary shares in Generation Company Four of the Wholesale Market of Power and Energy (OGK-4) have been included in RTS Quotation List B. At the same time, OGK-4 shares have been excluded from RTS NP (Not-for-Profit Partnership) Quotation List of. These procedures have been followed pursuant to the September 12, 2006 decision of the RTS NP Board of Directors regarding transferring, from January 1, 2007, the Classical Market trading from RTS NP to RTS.

From today, January 9 2007, OGK-4 registered ordinary shares start being traded on RTS Quotation List B under the code of OGKD on the RTS Classical Market and OGKDG at RTS Stock Exchange.
