OGK-4 SHARES INCLUDED IN MICEX STOCK EXCHANGE QUOTATION LIST B

Registered ordinary shares in Generation Company Four of the Wholesale Market of Power and Energy (OGK-4), by the December 19, 2006, decision of the MICEX Stock Exchange Board of Directors, have been included in MICEX Stock Exchange Quotation List B. OGK-4 shares are expected to start being traded on Quotation List B before late 2006. From August 2, 2006, they have been traded on the MICEX non-listed stock list.

At present, OGK-4 shares are also traded on Quotation List B on the RTS NP (Non-Profit Partnership) Classical Market. From August 15 to November 29, 2006, they had been traded on the non-listed stock list on the RTS NP Classical Market.
