OGK-4 MANAGEMENT MEETS WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF CAPITAL RESEARCH COMPANY INVESTMENT FUND

The management of Generation Company Four of the Wholesale Electric Power Market (OGK-4) has held a meeting with the representatives of the Capital Research Company Investment Fund. OGK-4 was represented by Director General Andrey Kitashev, Deputy Director General for Corporate Policy Sergey Zhizhoma, and Deputy Director General for Finance and Economy Roman Lenkov. The representatives of Capital Research Company included Senior Vice President Nick Grace, Vice President Andre Mead, and investment analyst Galen Hoskin.

The top managers of OGK-4 told about the Company's production structure and shared the plans for the implementation of a large-scale investment program providing for new generating facilities to be built during the period ending 2015. The Company's Management also answered some questions asked by the representatives of Capital Research Company dealing with the production activity of OGK-4's TPPs and their operation in the wholesale electricity market, as well as fuel supply and tariff regulation issues.
