ADDITIONAL SHARES IN WGC-4 ADMITTED TO RTS TRADING FLOOR
On July 27, 2006, additional uncertificated registered ordinary shares in Generation Company Four of the Wholesale Market of Power and Energy (WGC-4) were admitted to the trading floor as non-listed shares at RTS Stock Exchange (Open Joint Stock Company). Accordingly, from today shares in WGC-4 start to be traded at RTS. Earlier, on July 14, 2006, WGC-4 shares of the principal issue were admitted to the RTS trading floor as non-listed shares.
From July 12, 2006, WGC-4 shares of the principal issue were included in the non-listed stock list of Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange. Additional shares in WGC-4 are expected to be included in the non-listed stock list of MICEX in the next few days. WGC-4 shares are expected to be included in Quotation List B of the Russian trading floors in November 2006.
The reports on the additional issues of WGC-4 shares, placed through conversion during the procedure for the takeover by WGC-4 of Shaturskaya TPP-5, Surgutskaya TPP-2, BTPP-1, Yaivinskaya TPP, and Smolenskaya TPP, were registered by the Federal Financial Markets Service on July 20, 2006.
