E.ON Russia publishes reporting according to IFRS for 2011

E.ON Russia JSC publishes audited financial reporting under the International Financial Reporting Statements (IFRS) for 2011.
 
Core activity revenues of E.ON Russia JSC amounted to 66.1 bln roubles, having increased by 31.3% as compared with 2010. Operating expenses increased by 26.4% - up to 48.6 bln roubles.
EBITDA amounted to 22.9 bln roubles, which is 57.2% more than in 2010.
Net profit of E.ON Russia JSC increased by 42.4% in 2011 and amounted to 14.6 bln roubles.
 
Growth of the Company performance is stipulated by the following factors:
-  putting into operation  of new generating facilities of Surgutskaya GRES-2, Yaivinskaya GRES, Shaturskaya GRES of 1,600 MW in total, and capacity growth at Berezovskaya GRES (50 MW) as the result of modernization;
- prices growth at the wholesale electricity market.
- growth of the equipment availability factor (from 84.05% in 2010 up to 87.05% in 2011);
-  control over  the Company's expenses and cost optimization.
