Collective Bargaining Agreements for 2007-2010, effective as of July 1, 2007, were signed at Generation Company Four of the Wholesale Power Market (OGK-4). The Collective Bargaining Agreements are entered into between the employer and employees of OGK-4 branches: Berezovskaya GRES, Smolenskaya GRES, Surgutskaya GRES-2, Shaturskaya GRES, Yaivinskaya GRES, Teplovye Seti Berezovskoy GRES.
The OGK-4 Collective Bargaining Agreements are signed pursuant to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and the Electricity Industry Tariff Agreement, based on the unified regulation principles for social and labor relations and the power plants' regional characteristics. The documents are legal instruments establishing the rights and obligations of the parties to the corporate social partnership. The purposes of the Collective Bargaining Agreements include coordinating the parties' interests as related to the regulation of social and labor relations, ensuring that employees' social and economic rights and guarantees are exercised and fulfilled, improving labor efficiency and performance quality, and complying with labor and process discipline requirements and occupational safety and health regulations.
