The Board of Directors of Generation Company Four of the Wholesale Electric Power Market (OGK-4) has approved the Company's Technical Policy for Information Technologies. The implementation of the Technical Policy is among the priorities of the Company's activity.
The OGK-4 Technical Policy for Information Technologies is a system for the standardization of technical solutions and the coordination of actions while creating the corporate information system. The OGK-4 Technical Policy for IT is implemented through the adoption of corporate standards, rules, methods, and technologies to be complied with in all projects while creating all subsystems in all OGK-4 divisions.
The revaluation of the Company's fixed assets and the evaluation of its assets are also among the priorities of the Company's activity. The Board of Directors has commissioned the OGK-4 Director General to enter into an agency contract with RAO UES of Russia to organize the revaluation of the Company's fixed assets and the evaluation of its assets.
The Board of Directors has taken into consideration the Director General's report on the results of the Company's activity in the first six months of 2006, including the investment activity, operation in the wholesale electricity market, preparations for the autumn-winter season, and fuel supply. In addition, the amended List of the Company's Top Managers has been approved, as well as the 2006-2007 Work Plan of the Board of Directors.
