On schedule

On 20 January, Shaturskaya GRES Branch of Unipro PJSC launched its maintenance campaign. The power engineers have already started works on Unit 5. In the near future, routine repairs of turbine and boiler equipment, repairs of draft devices and cutoff valves of the turbine with replacement of rods and shock absorbers will be performed there.

Based on the results of the industrial safety review, it is planned to replace the elbows of the feedwater pipeline (Nos 54, 57, 58, 67). The approved schedule for 2022 provides for the intermediate maintenance of Power Units Nos 1 and 3. The turbines, boilers, generators, and auxiliary equipment will be repaired. These activities will improve the reliability of the equipment. Power Units No. 2, 4, 6, and Power Unit No. 7 of CCGT-400 will be subjected to standard routine repairs involving scheduled maintenance of the main and auxiliary equipment and scheduled industrial safety reviews of heaters and pipelines.

The Branch will implement the maintenance campaign during the year and will complete it by the end of 2022.
