Surgutskaya-2 GRES has closed the heating season 2021/22

The power plant started preparing for the new heating season on May 16. Surgutskaya-2 GRES branch of Unipro PJSC will conduct repair and maintenance campaign in two stages.

From July 11 to 24, 2022, the Plant will repair the power plant equipment, including the pumping units, heating units, and pipelines. The Plant staff will conduct hydraulic testing of pipelines with increased pressure, metal inspection with elimination of defects on the main pipelines of system water, cleaning and washing of heating equipment, and repair of valves and thermal insulation of pipelines.

In the second stage of the scheduled repairs of Power Units, power engineers will repair the heating units of the system water and the valves at the package boiler units.

These repairs will ensure accident-free operation of the equipment during the 2022–2023 heating season.
