Shaturskaya GRES CCGT-400 launched a maintenance campaign

On April 01, the Shaturskaya GRES branch of Unipro PJSC commenced routine repair of the 400 MW combined cycle gas turbine plant (CCGT-400).

Power engineers will have to perform boroscopic examination of the axial compressor and the gas turbine hot gas path and combustion chamber and inspect the frontal parts of the generator. It is also planned to completely replace the filters of the package air cleaning unit, as well as to repair and maintain auxiliary equipment.

“The current repairs at CCGT-400 will involve 80 contractor specialists and power plant employees. Repairs are being performed according to the work schedule,” said Sergey Ovchinnikov, Chief Engineer of Shaturskaya GRES branch of Unipro PJSC.
