Yaivinskaya GRES took part in the Job Fair

Yaivinskaya GRES took part in the job fair for graduates and students of the Berezniki Polytechnic College.

11 employers of the Berezniki and Solikamsk Industrial Hub and the Employment Centre were invited to the event. Unipro’s Yaivinskaya GRES was represented by Natalya Novikova, leading specialist of the Training and Development Group.

She told interested graduates about the plant, available vacancies, answered questions about employment and support for young employees. Second and third year students were interested as well in the on-the-job training.

Such event was held at the Berezniki Polytechnic College for the first time and stirred much interest from both students and employers, as it gave them the opportunity to “have a closer look” at each other for further cooperation.
