A meeting of Board of Directors of E.ON Russia
At its in absentia meeting, Board of Directors of E.ON Russia JSC approved Long Term Servicing Agreement with Siemens OOO.
Siemens AG is the manufacturer of the main equipment of the combined cycle power unit which was commissioned in quarter III at Yaivinskaya GRES (CCGT-400 at Yaivinskaya GRES), including the gas turbine, the steam turbine and the generator.
This agreement is necessary to provide for the maintenance of the main equipment of CCGT-400 at Yaivinskaya GRES to ensure reliable and efficient operation of equipment.
Contract validity period is linked with the technical indicators of the main equipment performance; however it cannot exceed 10 years from contract effective date.
The Board of Directors approved the 2012-2014 collective labor contracts to be concluded with employees of the 5 company branches: Yaivinskaya GRES, Smolenskaya GRES, Berezovskaya GRES, Thermal supply network of Berezovskaya GRES, Shaturskaya GRES. Collective labor contract with employees of Surgutskaya GRES-2 is planned to be signed till the end of 2011.
